The payout amount could be lower than the requested payout because post end-of-the-day process can reduce the withdrawable balance, as the charges and net obligation for the day are debited from the account.

The end-of-day process typically happens between 5 PM to 10 PM, and is dependent on the time when exchanges share EOD (end-of-the-day) files.

Example:

You place a withdrawal request for ₹50,000 at noon.Post our end-of-day processes, the withdrawable amount is ₹46,000, which is the amount credited to your bank account.
